What's DSCR?
Debt Service Coverage Ratio — net operating income divided by total debt service. Lenders want 1.20+ in Miami today. Below 1.0 means the property isn't covering its own loan. We calculate yours.
Do you only do Miami?
Miami-Dade and Broward are home base. We'll review deals across South Florida (Palm Beach, Keys). Outside FL, we'll be honest if it's outside our expertise.
Can you find me a deal?
Sometimes. We see off-market Miami CRE flow constantly. If you submit a buy box, we'll match it when something fits. No guarantees.
What if I need financing?
